We offering to stay in traditional Maasai Village. These huts are traditionally decorated with mud-mirror art work, provides rural feel and are comfortable to stay. Our Bungalows are meticulously constructed in the traditional way. All the mud huts are traditionally crafted with interior mud work and decorated with traditional cloth patch works and local paintings on wall, beautifully decorated with regional handicrafts and feature en suite bathroom facilities.

Tariff Includes

  • Food and beverages: ON Fixed Menu – Break Fast, Maasai Lunch and Dinner.
  • A night Maasai dance performance (subject to available number of Maasai Warriors). 


Check In and Check Out:

  1. Guests check in at 4:00 pm and check out strictly at 11:30 am
  2. After 8:00 PM, entry to the resort will not be allowed. In case of unavoidable circumstances, It will be guest’s responsibility to notify Nashipai management immediately.


Group Arrivals:

  1. Group arrivals is handled most efficiently at the Boma Entrance gate
  2. As per the Government of Tanzania security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.


Pet Policy:

  1. Pets strictly not allowed.


Children Policy:

  1. Only 1 Child / Hut below7 years stay complimentary with the parents without any charges. More then 1 children below 7 years will be counted as extra occupancy.
  2. Above 7 years will be counted as an Extra Person.


Occupancy Limits:

  1. Bungalows / Cottage occupies one double bed and sleeps maximum of 4 + 1 extra bed.


Cancellation Policy:

  1. 50% of total amount if canceled before 30 days scheduled arrival.
  2. Less than 30 days or No Shows – NO Refund.
  3. After Check-in to Maasai Home Stay, if any cancellation for same day or next day guests has to pay full amount as per the current tariff.
  4. No refund will be provided on booking of extra beds, if cancelled individually.
  5. Changes in dates, guest name, or category of Hut would be treated as cancellation.


Food And Beverages Policy:

  1. Food offered is complimentary and will be served as per our fixed traditional menu.
  2. Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast will be served at usual right time.
  3. Guests are requested to reach the Boma hall on time.
  4. Jain food only available on request while making your reservation. Do list us the vegetables you do not prefer.
  5. No food will be served inside the Hut/Bungalow.


Dining Boma Hall Hours:

  1. Breakfast : 07:30 am to 9:00 am
  2. Lunch : 12:30 pm to 02:00 pm
  3. Tea time : 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm
  4. Dinner : 07:00 pm to 09:00 pm


General Rules To Follow:

  1. We arrange Camp fire at the Dinning Boma Hall every evening.
  2. Every guest is required to carry their Photo Identity with them.
  3. Smoking is not allowed inside any Maasai Hut/Bungalow.
  4. Walking Safari and Cultural Program can be arranged anytime of the if weather permit.
  5. We reserve the right to offer an alternate/similar/ accommodation in an over booking situation, or on non-availability of rooms for whatsoever different reasons.
  6. Nashipay Maasai Home reserves the right to deny / refuse admission / services to anyone without any reasons.
  7. Charges would be extra for any other additional services.
  8. Warm water for shower will be provide between 7 am to 9 am. self-service.
  9. Extra bed provide as manager permission before or after dinner.
  10. Nahipai Maasai Home Stay is built to show Authentic Maasai culture, and custom. Hut/Cottage and Tents are at the Maasai Village and are built traditionally which shall give our guests the flavor of local life style with comfort while guests stay in the Maasai Village. We request our esteemed guests not to compare this stay with any star rated hotels or resorts. Our aim is simply to render and realize our guests the glimpses of Maasai Village Stay.
